A low impact resistance training class utilizing various equipment and free weights. This class targets all muscles groups as well as the core and posture-all in just 30 minutes. (Instructor - Kelsey)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6 to 6:30 a.m.
This class is a combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, flexibility, core and functional movement patterns. Get everything you need in just 30 minutes. We keep you moving and burning fat from the first minute to the very end. (Instructor - John)
Tuesday and Thursday: 6 to 6:30 p.m.
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give 100 percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. (Instructor - John)
Monday and Wednesday: 6 to 6:30 p.m.
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support. (Instructor - John and Kelsey)
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Silver&Fit Experience is designed for older adults looking for a moderate-level, well-balanced exercise routine. Participating in this class will help increase your heart health, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, and balance. All exercises are performed in a standing position with the option of using a chair for light support. (Instructor - Kelsey)
Tuesday and Thursday: 8 to 9 a.m.
Teamwork and camaraderie to train every muscle, burn calories, and increase cardiovascular endurance.

Monday - Friday: 9:30 to 10:15 a.m.
A complete series of yoga poses and a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
