I grew up in Siren, Wis., with two siblings. My mother was a nurse and influenced me at an early age to become a doctor.
I obtained my undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a major in Chemistry. I continued on with medical school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. I then received further training in family practice at St. Michael Hospital in Milwaukee, Wis. for three years. After my residency, I moved to St. Croix Falls where I spent the last 30 years practicing family medicine.
I am excited to now join Amery Hospital & Clinic and provide care to the Amery community, including family medicine and obstetrics, and at the Wound Healing Center. Throughout my 30-year career, I have found it satisfying to interact with and learn from patients of all ages, from infants to elderly.
