Helping more patients heal...faster

The Wound Healing Center (WHC) welcomes its second hyperbaric oxygen chamber on July 31 at 1:00 PM at 230 Deronda Street in Amery.  Public is welcomed and encouraged to join the WHC staff to witness the 2000 lb chamber delivery.  Summer-time treats will be available.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is one of the state-of-the-art treatment practices and protocols which are offered at the center. Others include negative pressure therapies, bioengineered tissues and biosynthetics.

Chronic wounds affect more than 8 million people in the U.S. and the incidence is rising fueled by an aging population and increasing rates of diseases and conditions such as diabetes, obesity and the late effects of radiation therapy.

The Wound Healing Center is a member of the Healogics™ network, the industry leader, which employs a rigorous scientific approach that explores, tests, finds and develops the clinically proven methods, protocols, pathways and technologies which reintroduce the body's innate ability to heal.
