A low impact resistance training class utilizing various equipment and free weights. This class targets all muscles groups as well as the core, abdominals, stretching and posture.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6 to 6:30 am
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.
Silver&Fit Experience is designed for older adults looking for a moderate-level, well-balanced exercise routine. Participating in this class will help increase your heart health, muscular endurance and strength, flexibility, and balance. All exercises are performed in a standing position with the option of using a chair for light support. This class will help you take on daily tasks with more ease and keep up with your grandkids!
Tuesday & Thursday: 8 to 9 a.m.
Tabata is a high intensity interval training session that involves an exercise for 20 seconds and a rest period of 10 seconds with eight rotations.
Monday & Thursday: 5:45 to 6:25 p.m.
Teamwork and camaraderie to train every muscle, burn calories, and increase cardiovascular endurance.
Monday - Friday: 9:30 to 10:15 a.m.
Water Aerobics - Low Impact (currently suspended)
Low intensity easy to follow workout routine that includes walking variations, lunges, kicks, range of motion exercises and stretching.

Water Aerobics - High Impact (currently suspended)
An easy to follow workout routine that includes non-stop strengthening and agility exercises, which include jogging, strength training, leaping, kicking exercises along with range of motion exercises and stretching.

A complete series of yoga poses and a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Beginners Yoga with Robin
Tuesday: 5:15 to 6 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 to 9:15 a.m.
Yoga for All with Robin
All levels welcome; beginners encouraged.
Thursday: 4:45 to 5:30 p.m.
Power Yoga with Tessa

Yo La Tees
YoLates is a combination of Yoga and Pilates combined into a full body workout. It is a fun and exhilarating combination of toning and stretching!
