Body Toning

Low impact, no-choreographed group resistance training that includes all muscle groups, core, stretching, low back, abdominals, and posture.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 6:00-6:30 am

Boot Camp Workout (currently suspended)

A high-intensity class consisting of jumping rope, football shuffles, jump squats and much, much more. A great way to get your heart rate up and push yourself.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30 - 6:30 am (suspended)

SilverSneakers® Fitness Class Cardio Circuit

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. (You do not need to be a Silver Sneakers member to attend this class.)

Tabata is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) session that involves an exercise for 20 seconds and a rest period of 10 seconds with a total of 8 rotations. 
Thursday 5:15pm-6pm

Training Group

Teamwork and camaraderie to train every muscle, burn calories, and increase cardiovascular endurance.
Monday - Friday: 9:30 - 10:15 am
Tuesday night: 5:15 - 6:00 pm

Water Aerobics - Low Impact (currently suspended)

Low intensity is an easy to follow workout routine that includes walking variations, lunges, kicks, range of motion exercises, and stretching.
Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 - 10:00 am (suspended)
Wednesday: 4:30 - 5:30 pm (suspended)
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45 - 8:30 am & 8:45 - 9:30 am (suspended)

Water Aerobics - High Impact (currently suspended)

High intensity is an easy to follow workout routine that includes non-stop strengthening and agility exercises, like jogging, strength training, leaping, kicking exercises along with range of motion exercises and stretching.
Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 - 9:00 am (suspended)
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 - 7:45 am (suspended)


Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of yoga poses. A variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
Wednesday: 5:00 - 5:45 pm

Beginners Yoga

Tuesday: 5:15 - 6:00 pm
Friday: 8:30 - 9:15 am

Yo La Tees

Yo La Tees is a combination of Yoga and Pilates delivering the ultimate results of integrative fitness. This combo class builds strength and endurance as well as improves balance and flexibility.
