The Structured Outpatient Program (SOP) provides the opportunity to focus on reducing mental health issues and improving overall health in an unrestricted outpatient setting while still allowing you to maintain your daily living situations and relationships.
The program is a treatment regimen that is unique and individualized for adults 45 years and older who suffer from psychiatric, emotional or behavioral disorders.
The Structured Outpatient Program offers:
- Individualized Treatment Planning
- Psychiatric Services
- Group Psychotherapy
- Skills Training
- Family Education
- Medication, if appropriate
- Community and Social Support
- Individual and Family Therapy as needed
- Transportation Options
