| Position Description: | .5 ( 40 hours per 2 week pay period) - Position would work 0800-1530 T, W, Th in the hospital setting.
Qualifications include a bachelor degree in Social Work; Wisconsin Social Work Licensure; continued education in utilization management and clinical social work. Preferred five years hands on experience in related position or field.
