| Position Description: | Working on an as-needed basis to cover for vacation, medical leave, etc. RN responsible for coordinating and delivering nursing care and education to patients via telephone or clinic setting utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Ensures high level quality clinic program is maintained.
Qualifications include WI RN license. Current BLS certification. Minimum of 3 years general nursing experience. ER and/or clinic experience preferred.
