This position will provide direct clinical social work services to patients and their families as a part of the multidisciplinary team with most emphasis on completing Psychological Assessments, conducting groups, facilitating therapies, assisting in program development. Developing, implementing and reviewing Treatment Plans, discharge planning and coordination.
Qualifications for this position include a Masters degree in Social Work. Current Wisconsin license as LCSW or LPC. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
