Physician Directory: Midwifery

| Midwifery provides health care for women, especially during pregnancy and childbirth. The Midwife bases their practice on the understanding that pregnancy and childbirth are natural processes and health care should be personalized to meet the needs of a woman and her family. Our Midwife provides prenatal care, assists the birth process, and offers emotional and psychological support to a woman and her family during the birth experience. She also performs gynecological checkups, including breast examinations and pap smears, provides birth-control advice, manages the specific needs of menopause and may be your primary care provider. |
