ARMC is now offering an adult comprehensive weight loss program. Not everyone has the same goals in mind which is why we offer several different programs. Registered Dietitian, Cheri Rott,
works with participants to determine which program best fits their own individual goals.

Free seminars are available each month. Seminars discuss the programs available and help access that person's needs. The purpose of the weight loss program is to help participants meet their own personal health goals.

All programs require a physical with their primary care physician and a cholesterol check if it has been over one year since these have been done. Most programs can be paid in two installments or if there are financial hardships the client may work with patient financial services to work out a payment plan.
