The clinic was originally established by Dr. John White in May of 2004, although Dr. White has been in practice in Turtle Lake since July of 1996. Since 2004, the practice has continued to grow and thrive because of additional services provided and increased patient volume. In addition, Dr. James Quenan and Dr. Anders Ulland provide surgical consultation by appointment.

As part of this affiliation, Dr. John White has joined the HealthPartners Medical Group. Dr. White will remain in and continue to provide services at the Turtle Lake Clinic. As always, the clinic staff is available to provide patient care services full time. Carla Vossen, a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, also provides care at Turtle Lake Medical Clinic. She has over 17 years experience in healthcare and provides a full range of primary care services
