Swing Beds

If you have had a stroke, total hip or knee replacement, or if you are past acute care, but unable to function at home alone, swing beds offer you the steps toward independence.

Swing Bed care is available following hospitalization for patients who no longer require acute care, but are not quite ready to return home. The Swing Bed service is a Medicare program which allows a patient to be in the hospital to receive short-term skilled nursing care or rehabilitation services.
