 Please join us in welcoming Psychiatrist, Dr. Noel Marie Jarvis to ARMC’s Behavioral Health Center and to our community. Dr. Jarvis joined the ARMC medical staff on August 2 and provides care at the Behavioral Health Center. She is also the center’s Medical Director.
Dr. Jarvis is board certified through the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. She is licensed in the state of Wisconsin and Oregon and belongs to several professional associations within her field. Dr. Jarvis received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. In addition, she completed her internship and residency in Psychiatry at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland.
