Home Care
The Home Care program enables the patient to have a speedy and comfortable recovery at home. Through this program, a skilled Home Care nurse visits the patient’s residence to assist in every day nursing duties, such as changing bandages, administering medication, etc. In an effort to get you back on your feet, home care may also involve sessions in occupational therapy and physical therapy. These services are designed to increase strength and flexibility, enabling the patient to more easily perform daily activities. Other services also may include Chaplancy and Social Service visits.
