Join the fun at the
19th Annual Foundation Golf Classic
 The Amery Regional Medical Center Foundation will be hosting its 19th Annual Golf Classic Fundraiser on Tuesday, August 7, 2007 at the Amery Golf Club.
This annual fund-raising effort enables ARMC to pay for community health programs, patient-focused projects, and technology that were unable to be included in the annual budget. The proceeds from this year’s tournament will be used for the development of the community walking path along the Apple River and will also be used for the purchase of a baby grand piano at the new facility.
If you wish to participate in the best ball tournament, a shotgun start is scheduled for 1:00 P.M. A contribution of $70.00 includes free lunch, 18-holes of golf, ½ golf cart, and dinner as well as team and individual awards and prizes. If you are unable to golf, please join us for dinner at a cost of $15.00 per person.
Becoming a tournament sponsor provides you an opportunity to support ARMC and the community. With a donation of $500.00, you will have the honor of being a Gold Sponsor, a donation of $300.00, a Silver Sponsor, or with a donation of $200.00, the honor of being a Bronze Sponsor. All sponsors will receive signage along County Road F the day of the tournament and a special promotional thank you. This is our way of saying thank you for your continued support. If a sponsorship is not possible, ARMC would be very appreciative of a donated gift that could be included in our raffle.
If you are willing to support the Foundation in its fund raising effort, please complete the Registration Form as soon as possible and mail it to Amery Regional Medical Center.
