| Fitness Center Pool Now Open |

 | The Fitness Center pool opened February 15th after three months of remodeling. The new pool holds over 5,000 gallons of water. All water aerobics classes are open to anyone who purchases a pool membership, pool punch card or a pool pass.
Pool Options for Members & Non-members:
* Fitness Center Members who want unlimited pool usage - add $15 per month to their Month, 4-Month, or Annual Membership per person
* Pool ONLY Membership - $25 per month for a Month, 4-Month, or Annual Membership per person
* Pool Punch Cards - 10 pool visits for $35 (does not expire)
* Pool Day Pass - $5.00
Water Aerobic classes available:
LOW IMPACT WATER AEROBICS - Low intensity is an easy to follow workout routine that includes walking variations, lunges, kicks, range of motion exercises, and stretching.
* Monday & Wednesday: 9 – 10 AM & 4 – 5 PM
* Tuesday & Thursday: 8 – 9 AM
HIGH IMPACT WATER AEROBICS - High intensity is an easy to follow workout routine that includes non-stop strengthening and agility exercises, like jogging, strength training, leaping, kicking exercises along with range of motion exercises and stretching.
* Monday & Wednesday: 8 – 9 AM & 5 – 6 PM
* Tuesday & Thursday: 6 – 7 AM & 7 – 8 AM |
