AB/CORE Express Class
A 30-minute class focusing solely on the low back, abdominals, “core” and posture.
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00-6:30 am
Active Recreational Motivating Class (ARMC)
Start your morning right! An all over workout in just 30-minutes - it is a low impact, moderate intensity, circuit class that is energizing and fun for all.
Monday - Friday: 9:15-9:45 am
Body Toning Class
A low-impact non-choreographed group resistance training that uses free weights, theraballs, banding, and steps. This class focuses on strength training with bouts of cardio and includes all muscle groups, core and stretching.
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30-6:00 am

Thursday: 6:00-7:00 pm
Boot Camp Workout
A high-intensity class consisting of jumping rope, football shuffles, jump squats and much, much more. A great way to get your heart rate up and push yourself.

Circuit Training Class
Need to shed a few? The Fitness Center Circuit Training class will do just that. Let our NSCA Certified Personal Trainer help you lose those unwanted pounds. This class is an optimal cardio work-out which enhances weight loss. The class focuses on weight loss and muscle tone. Specific exercises target legs, stomach, back, chest and arm muscles.
Monday - Friday: 4:15-4:45 pm & 5:15-5:45 pm
Prenatal Water Aerobics (Prior registration required)
For the soon-to-be mom, a moderate intensity, low impact aerobics, relaxation and stretching in the pool.
Monday: 6:00-7:00 pm
Tuesday: 5:30-6:30 pm
SilverSneakers® Fitness Class
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercieses designed to increase muscular strength, reange of movement, and activity for daily living skilss. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and handles along with a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is also used for seated and/or standing support. (You do not need to be a SilverSneaker's member to attend this class.)

Water Aerobics
Do you have low back pain or knee problems? If so, then this class is for you. This water aerobics class is low impact and helpful to those suffering with chronic pain. Moderate intensity, low impact aerobics, resistant training, relaxation and stretching… all in the water. Great for all ages and abilities, especially for those with injuries or going through rehab.
Monday: 8:00-9:00 am; 9:00-10:00 am; 4:00-5:00 pm & 5:00- 6:00 pm
