Fitness Classes ~ Your Health, Your Fitness, Your Center
ALL CLASSES are FREE to MEMBERS, except for pool classes that are being offered.


NOTE: If you would like to attend one of the classes below and you are not a member, please call (715) 268-1008. You can join the class by purchasing a punch card ~ 10 classes for $35 ~ just $3.50 a class!


Body Toning
Low impact, no-choreographed group resistance training that includes all muscle groups, core, stretching, low back, abdominals, and posture.

Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30-6:30 am


Boot Camp Workout
A high-intensity class consisting of jumping rope, football shuffles, jump squats and much, much more. A great way to get your heart rate up and push yourself.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30 - 6:30 am


SilverSneakers® Fitness Class Cardio Circuit
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreograph. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position. (You do not need to be a SilverSneaker's member to attend this class.)

Tuesday: 10:30-11:30 am
Thursday: 1:00- 2:00 pm


SilverSneakers® Fitness Class (MSROM)
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercieses designed to increase muscular strength, reange of movement, and activity for daily living skilss. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and handles along with a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is also used for seated and/or standing support. (You do not need to be a SilverSneaker's member to attend this class.)

Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 10:30-11:30 am


SilverSneakers® Fitness Class YogaStretch
YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility,balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. (You do not need to be a SilverSneaker's member to attend this class.)

Thursday: 10:30-11:30 am


Training Group
Teamwork and camaraderie to train every muscle, burn calories, and increase cardiovascular endurance.

Monday - Friday: 9:15 - 9:45 am
Monday & Wednesday: 4:30 - 5:00 pm


Water Aerobics - Low Impact
Low intensity is an easy to follow workout routine that includes walking variations, lunges, kicks, range of motion exercises, and stretching.

Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 - 10:00 am and 4:00 - 5:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 8:00 - 9:00 am


Water Aerobics - High Impact
High intensity is an easy to follow workout routine that includes non-stop strengthening and agility exercises, like jogging, strength training, leaping, kicking exercises along with range of motion exercises and stretching.

Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 - 9:00 am and 5:00 - 6:00 pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 - 7:00 am and 7:00 - 8:00 am


Women on Weights (WOW)
5 week course - Pre-registration is required and space is limited. Price $25 for Fitness Center Members & $50 for Non-Members. (This price includes a “membership” for the five week class.) Please call Kristi at 268-1008.

A group training approach to working out with a variety of weight/resistance training equipment. This class is for any woman from the beginner fitness level to the advanced. One day per week for 5 weeks. You choose the time that works best for you - evenings or mornings.

Tuesday: 7:00 - 8:00 pm
Thursday: 8:30 - 9:30 am
