NOTE: If you would like to attend one of the classes below and you are not a member, please call (715) 268-1008. You can join the class by purchasing a punch card ~ 10 classes for $35 ~ just $3.50 a class!
Low impact, no-choreographed group resistance training that includes all muscle groups, core, stretching, low back, abdominals, and posture.
Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30-6:30 am
Boot Camp Workout
A high-intensity class consisting of jumping rope, football shuffles, jump squats and much, much more. A great way to get your heart rate up and push yourself.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:30 - 6:30 am
SilverSneakers® Fitness Class Cardio Circuit
Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreograph. A chair is offered for support, head to toe stretching, and complete relaxation in a comfortable position. (You do not need to be a SilverSneaker's member to attend this class.)

SilverSneakers® Fitness Class (MSROM)
Muscular Strength & Range of Movement: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercieses designed to increase muscular strength, reange of movement, and activity for daily living skilss. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing and handles along with a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is also used for seated and/or standing support. (You do not need to be a SilverSneaker's member to attend this class.)

Water Aerobics - Low Impact
Low intensity is an easy to follow workout routine that includes walking variations, lunges, kicks, range of motion exercises, and stretching.
Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 - 10:00 am
Wednesday: 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:45 - 8:30 am & 8:45 - 9:30 am
Water Aerobics - High Impact
High intensity is an easy to follow workout routine that includes non-stop strengthening and agility exercises, like jogging, strength training, leaping, kicking exercises along with range of motion exercises and stretching.
Monday & Wednesday: 8:00 - 9:00 am
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 - 7:45 am
Yoga will move your whole body through a complete series of yoga poses. A variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.
