Classes are led by a registered nurse with current experience in OB, along with guest speakers. Topics covered include: Breathing and relaxation techniques, labor and delivery, interventions and operative birth, a tour of the Medical Center, post-partum and infant care, and TOT Saver Instruction. Classes are held from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday evenings for six weeks. Fee is $25.00 per person.
