BALDWIN — The Better Badger Baby Bus Tour will bring informative programs about human brain development to communities in Polk, Pierce and St. Croix Counties beginning Tuesday, September 26, 2006. The visit culminates with a stop at the Growing Kids, Growing Minds Event at the Baldwin Public Library and Municipal Building, 400 Cedar Street, on Saturday, September 30. Other programs will discuss the impacts of trauma, abuse, neglect and/or poverty on human brain function. A schedule for the trip is attached. All programs are free and, where indicated, open to the public.
