ARMC Celebrates 50 Years of Providing Quality Healthcare
On November 14, 1956, Apple River Valley Memorial Hospital opened its doors to a building capable of housing 40 patients. Then in 1988, the hospital name was officially changed to Apple River Hospital. After a major addition, renovations, and the purchase of Family Medical Clinic in 1998, Apple River Hospital formed a new entity - Amery Regional Medical Center.
Amery Regional Medical Center's building project was completed in July 1999, which is when hospital and clinic departments joined. Since then, many changes have transpired. We are currently in the process of constructing a new 120,000 square foot facility, which is scheduled to open in September of 2007.
Amery Regional Medical Center is celebrating 50 years of providing quality healthcare and as a token of our appreciation and gratitude, we are hosting an anniversary celebration.
