WE LISTEN—WE CARE
ARMC works toward reaching 100% on Patient Satisfaction Surveys…
Patient satisfaction is a number one priority at Amery Regional Medical Center. As part of the Medical Center’s goal to exceed patient’s expectations, we use patient satisfaction surveys and in-house comment cards to evaluate how satisfied patients are with their ARMC healthcare experiences. Each and every comment is read and reviewed, than sent to the appropriate department for follow-up with the patient if an improvement is required. In keeping with our goal to continue to satisfy patients, ARMC maintains the following guiding principles:
u To listen to our customers.
u To provide a quality working environment for our employees and healthcare providers.
u To build cooperative working relationships with other healthcare organizations.
u To treat all individuals fairly.
u To continuously improve services.Oct-Nov 2002 Patient Satisfaction Survey Comments
